Sonny got our house sold when we thought it might never sell, and he was a boss at helping us negotiate through all of the inspection and closing credits the buyer wanted. We made sure we had a deal that was fair for everyone! I highly recommend Sonny to list your home for sale if you want to actually get it sold and not give away the farm in the process.

Sonny was amazing! We closed on our house last week, and we truly couldn’t have done it without him. He was incredibly patient, answered all of our many questions, and kept communication smooth the entire way. His negotiation skills were top-notch—he managed to secure us some awesome seller credits!

Working with Sonny was amazing! Due to a life change we went from not planning on moving to on the market within 3 weeks. He got us through the process seamlessly and went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. While other houses are currently sitting on the market for over a month, we had multiple offers in under 2 weeks. Highly recommended working Sonny and his team!!

We recently moved to the Nashville area and needed to find our next home. Sonny was fantastic the entire time and so helpful with everything along the way. From finding a great area for our growing family, to the right size home in the right budget for us. We went to visit multiple homes and we never felt pressured to settle for anything that wasn’t right for us.
If you’re in the market for a primary home, or an investment property, I highly recommend working with Sonny. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful.

I highly recommend Sonny Christopher for your next Real Estate transaction! Sonny was recommended to me by my daughter, who had worked with him to sell her home a few years ago. I knew he had done an outstanding job with her family's home and was glad to have a recommendation. Sonny has an incredible knowledge of the real estate market in the entire mid-state area. He has helped me sell a condo in Davidson County and buy another one in Sumner County. He really listens to his clients and negotiates on their behalf.
