It wasn’t smooth sailing at first but after my condo sold, it went very quick to purchase my next place.
Irene was very warm and friendly all the way through. She gave a housewarming basket for my new place and offered me a deep cleaning service since the former owners didn’t clean the place after vacating the premises.
Thanks again Irene and your crew for helping find my new home!!

I was doing a long distance relocation to North San Diego county and Irene was super helpful with finding a house. She knew the local area and the market very well and was able to direct me to neighborhoods that fit what I was looking for. And with the long distance part of the process, she was great. Always willing and able to go to any property and do a video walk through with me. When it was time to make an offer, she had the process down cold and had good advice on what to bid. And after closing, Irene was on top of the transaction, negotiating on repairs, making sure all the papers were signed, and just generally keeping everything on track. I'm extremely happy with Irene's assistance and would hire her again.

Irene Block helped us sell two of our homes and purchase our primary residence, at the SAME TIME! Irene is extremely patient, understanding, kind and extremely professional. Whenever we called/texted/emailed she responded immediately. Irene walked us through the entire process every step of the way and never left us wondering what was next.
