Ben is an experienced realtor and real estate investor, with experience in fix and flips, buy and holds, out-of-state turnkey rentals, and multi-family syndications. His knowledge and resources enable him to guide a wide range of clients from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. His dedication to each and every client is always a top priority. From late evening client consultations, contractor and vendor sourcing, design and renovation guidance, a referral network of experienced lenders, and insight into trending real estate markets, he truly goes above and beyond to create a customized experience for each client. Prior to becoming a realtor, Ben worked in the banking industry for 6-years as banking center manager with Bank of America. In this role he learned how to effectively manage a team, the skills to effectively listen to a client's needs, the ability to deliver under pressure, and how to find solutions to problems by asking the right questions.
Ben is often involved in community and charity events, especially in the Peninsula, where he was born and raised. He understands the importance of playing an role in the growth of the community he serves.
