Best friends since the 2nd grade, Lucas and Jason became Real Estate Agents and started a Real Estate Investment company after running the marketing for billion-dollar footwear companies for over a decade. What sets us apart from other agents is that we are active property investors ourselves. We have personal experience in a wide range of real estate investment strategies, from fix & flips to STRs, buy & holds, BRRRR and more. While other Realtors can speak on these strategies in general terms, we have actually gone through them ourselves and have first-hand experience and knowledge. Jason Bertoli at Compass is a dream realtor. Jason helped us find and secure a much sought after rental property in Hope Ranch. From the first conversation to negotiating the lease terms to helping us with utilities. He made everything simple and best of all, did it with a friendly demeanor and smile. As first time homebuyers, we really appreciated the care, focus, and attention provided by Jason & Lucas as we looked for our new home. They were always positive, flexible, and diligent as we worked our way through a crazy housing and loan market. I will definitely look to their team again if and when we need help in the future!

Jason & Lucas helped two people swamped in student loan debt land a beautiful home in an impossible housing market. They did not get discouraged when we lost one bid after another and remained uncompromising in our house hunt. Never once did I feel like they were pressuring us to settle or hurrying us into a sale. In short, they’re both cool and good at what they do!

Jason and Lucas helped my wife and I find a home in Santa Barbara in a very tough market and under a tight deadline due to a 1031 exchange. Their knowledge of the area is at an expert level. Their customer service is top notch. They are detail oriented and organized. Jason and Lucas made what can be a stressful ordeal enjoyable as they clearly laid out next steps and were proactive asking questions you don't know to ask and looking for potential pitfalls in a deal that you don't know to look for. In short, they are pros and they earn every penny of their commission. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will use them again in my next real estate transaction.
