After a traumatic experience as long-distance landlords, my wife had many fears and concerns about buying a house especially in the overpriced Bay Area. David and his team are no short of EPIC. They went above and beyond and when our house hit the MLS we had 12 offers within 1 week which was Unbelievable!! They pre-negotiated with every seller prior to presenting to us and even with a hiccup due to a seller issue the backup option which they secured ended up being better than the first. They even took the initiative to help getting the new buyer pre-authorized for financing as a backup. A huge thank you David and his amazing team. I could not recommend them enough!
