Many of our clients are investors located out of state or even out of the country, and we take pride in offering them a worry-free experience. Our full-service approach means we handle everything—from painting and remodeling to marketing, tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance, and evictions. I've been a Realtor for 9 years now. I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers in Residential real estate. My main focus is Long Term Multi Family & Single Family rentals. I have also found enjoyment in helping buyers find those unique Short Term AirBnB type homes that have something special aspect. A little about me now. I spent the first 33 years of my life in the Washington D.C Metro area, but have been a Palm Coast Florida resident for 11 years. My first job at 15 was working for HECHINGERS, which was the first large scale home improvement store, better know as "the world's most unusual lumber yard" At 18 I started in the fire service as volunteer for the Savage Volunteer Fire Company in Howard County , MD where I am a life with over 20 years of service. I got my first Career Firefighter gig as a civilian at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis MD. I spent 8 years there until I transfered to my current location at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville FL. I picked the Flagler Beach, Palm Coast area to live because it was half way between my brother Luke in Orlando and my job at Naval Station Mayport. The area has grown so much in the last 11 years it was the perfect place to get my start in Real Estate. In my spare time you can find me wandering around in my Jeep or riding my Harley to local breweries trying new beers, or hunting down Bourbon from around the world. I also in enjoy reading and listining to podcast learning from other successful entrepreneurs and real estate investors. I am always looking to learn and expanded my personal portfolio but also serve our enkore real estate clients better. I have been with my beautiful wife Sarah for 12 years. She is also a Realtor and Broker, we have 1 awesome fur child, and English bulldog named "Riggo", after John Riggins of the Washington Redskins.

Our booking sites While we can not guarantee every property will make it to every site listed here, This serves as an example of where you might find your property depending on the area and type of unit you own. AirBnb, Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Trivago, Orbitz, Hotwire, Booking.com, Google Travel, Marriott Homes & Villas, Tripadvisor-FlipKey Our Management Structure Our territory managers and their teams can handle anything, however you do as much or as little as you want. We are customizable. Typically we hire and manage the cleaning, and maintenance of the property. Owners do not pay for cleaning services. You only pay for an annual deep clean. For maintenance, which would include landscaping or repairs needed, you would be invoiced. We have guest review management, 24/7 guest relation support. We can provide a linen service, toiletries, or a snack basket. When you are signed with us you are a client and not a customer. You Have unlimited access to your home. Use it as much or as little as you want. Revenue We use smart pricing to react to market trends but we are customizable, and can set prices based on owner objectives. We can cover accidental damage to personal property caused by guests at no cost to you. We absorb the channel commissions so you dont have to pay those. We do not charge guests booking fees. We collect and remit sales tax on your behalf.
