In the beginning the transfer of information from the previous agency to the current one was a bit slow, but now everything is running smoothly and communication with the staff is excellent. They are efficient, extremely polite, understanding and always willing to walk the extra mile. I am fully satisfied with their service and would heartily recommend them.

As a renter at a property managed by RPM, I can say that they have always been very reliable and easy to communicate with. This gives me comfort being a renter, knowing they are always on top of it! Any time I've had maintenance issues, big or small, they have responded quickly and produced a solution ASAP. They even followup afterwards to ensure the task was complete and that I'm satisfied. I would definitely recommend working with this company!

I was having problems renewing my technical difficulties and Jan was a vital help in ensure me we would get done before September 30. I must have called him over 50 times. He still was patient an he made me feel comfortable navigating me through each question I asked him. It was a pleasure being assisted by Jan. He's a vital asset to this company.
