This review for Sarah and Joe Beilke with Enkore Realty Inc. is a bit overdue, but definitely well-deserved. I moved to St. Augustine, FL from Scottsdale,AZ in late 2023. I booked a hotel while I looked for a furnished, temporary rental. After meeting numerous property managers/landlords that put me in a foul mood, poor Sarah did not get me at my best, but she was not fazed. She was polite, kind, honest, and patient with me. The rental turned out to be a perfect fit for me for my cross-country transition. Sarah and Joe accommodated my many requests (I admit I can be a bit picky). They moved furniture for me, handled all maintenance requests immediately from changing out a water filter to sending pest control out to demolish an ant hill. If it was within their control they were on it. I ultimately decided Florida was not for me and moved to GA after 7 months. They were flexible with me when I had to change my move out date by a few days, and Joe even came by to help me disassemble my desk and help load it into my car. He also repaired some minor damage I caused for a very reasonable price so that I didn't get ripped off by a handyman service. Sarah and Joe went above and beyond as property managers. If I had decided to stay in Florida I would have continued to rent properties they managed, and most likely had used them when I was ready to purchase a home. To touch on the property they managed, when I moved in it was clean, and nicely furnished with everything I needed. It was exactly as the listing described. The neighbors were friendly and though I chose not to make St. Augustine home, I enjoyed my time there and a big part of that is due to renting a home from top notch property managers. I highly recommend renting a property they manage or hiring them if you have a property you need managed. Thank you Sarah and Joe for making my stay in St. Augustine a pleasant one!

We found husband and wife team, Sarah (Broker) and Joe (Realtor) on Bigger Pockets, an Investor network and forum. We reach out to Joe, and we set up a time to talk about what we were looking for, which was a short-term Rental property in Palm Coast. We also talked about our budget and pretty strict timeline. Shortly after that conversation Sarah set us up on an automatic alert for new properties and sent us a list of current ones that checked our boxes. A few days later we were seeing potential properties with them, and after a few trips seeing homes, we picked a beautiful Saltwater canal home with a lovely covered dock with an amazing paver patio. Sarah takes over the with all the paperwork and contracts and Joe was able to help us envision what was needed to give it the “special feature” for Air BnB and point us in the direct to make local contacts with services and contractors. They made trips over to property to meet people before we even closed to get measurements and quotes.
