About us
I've been a Realtor for 9 years now. I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers in Residential real estate. My main focus is Long Term Multi Family & Single Family rentals. I have also found enjoyment in helping buyers find those unique Short Term AirBnB type homes that have something special aspect. A little about me now. I spent the first 33 years of my life in the Washington D.C Metro area, but have been a Palm Coast Florida resident for 11 years. My first job at 15 was working for HECHINGERS, which was the first large scale home improvement store, better know as "the world's most unusual lumber yard" At 18 I started in the fire service as volunteer for the Savage Volunteer Fire Company in Howard County , MD where I am a life with over 20 years of service. I got my first Career Firefighter gig as a civilian at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis MD. I spent 8 years there until I transfered to my current location at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville FL. I picked the Flagler Beach, Palm Coast area to live because it was half way between my brother Luke in Orlando and my job at Naval Station Mayport. The area has grown so much in the last 11 years it was the perfect place to get my start in Real Estate. In my spare time you can find me wandering around in my Jeep or riding my Harley to local breweries trying new beers, or hunting down Bourbon from around the world. I also in enjoy reading and listining to podcast learning from other successful entrepreneurs and real estate investors. I am always looking to learn and expanded my personal portfolio but also serve our enkore real estate clients better. I have been with my beautiful wife Sarah for 12 years. She is also a Realtor and Broker, we have 1 awesome fur child, and English bulldog named "Riggo", after John Riggins of the Washington Redskins.

My wife and I had the pleasure of buying our first house with Enkore Realty. It was the most smooth, peace-of-mind process we could have ever asked for. Joe and Sarah worked extremely hard for us and we got everything we wanted in our home. Their communication was excellent, always keeping us in the loop every step of the way and they explained the whole buying process in a way that we could easily understand. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for their real estate needs!

Joe helped my wife and I find our first house in Florida after moving back. He showed us a lot of houses and was very patient and listened to what we wanted and needed and found the house for us. 2 years later Joe and Sarah both helped us sell that house and purchase a brand new house and we couldn’t be happier! They are both professional and make you feel like you are their top priority! If we have to buy or sell again we will not hesitate to go with them again! Highly recommend them!

Not only is enkore an amazing brokerage to do business with, Joe and Sarah are absolutely amazing. Never have I worked with a team as professional, dedicated, passionate, and amazing as Joe and Sarah. I can promise that you will never be disappointed when working with this team! They can help everyone from the new home buyer/seller to the experienced buyer/seller, and lead you through the whole process informed and feeling confident! My wife and I will always appreciate the hard work and dedication put worth by this amazing team!

Being from Illinois and trying to sell a lot in Florida, I did not know what to do and who to contact. I came across Sarah Beilke of Enkore Realty through a postcard advertisement. I contacted Sarah of Enkore and from our initial conversation , with Sarah explaining the process, I knew she was the right person to list with. Sarah was instrumental from the get go in closing the deal. She was very helpful, efficient and was on top of everything.
Sarah assisted in every aspect of the sale, starting from the multiple listing and giving timely advice/recommendation regarding the sale. In the event you need to do some real estate business in Florida, I recommend that you contact first, Sarah of Enkore Realty and based on my own experience, you will not regret it.

We found husband and wife team, Sarah (Broker) and Joe (Realtor) on Bigger Pockets, an Investor network and forum. We reach out to Joe, and we set up a time to talk about what we were looking for, which was a short-term Rental property in Palm Coast. We also talked about our budget and pretty strict timeline. Shortly after that conversation Sarah set us up on an automatic alert for new properties and sent us a list of current ones that checked our boxes. A few days later we were seeing potential properties with them, and after a few trips seeing homes, we picked a beautiful Saltwater canal home with a lovely covered dock with an amazing paver patio. Sarah takes over the with all the paperwork and contracts and Joe was able to help us envision what was needed to give it the “special feature” for Air BnB and point us in the direct to make local contacts with services and contractors. They made trips over to property to meet people before we even closed to get measurements and quotes. I highly recommend Sarah and Joe too anyone interested in buying or selling a property for personal or investment use.

Not only did I buy my house with Brandon I also sold it with him and this amazing company. Chris and Brandon have gone above and beyond for me after I bought my house and Irma came through but also went above and beyond while selling my house. They were always there when I had a question, always were updating me on the progress until the sale was final. They treat the people they are working with like they would want to be treated. Honestly this company in my opinion one of the best in the business due to their professionalism, knowledge and the service they provide that others do not. I highly recommend them.

I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism we experienced when we used Brandon Canipelli and Enkore Realty Inc. to help us realize our dream and move to Palm Coast, Florida. Brandon was truly knowledgeable about the area and the current real estate market. After listening to our needs and wants, he was able to quickly narrow down the available options and found the perfect home. I felt Brandon went above and beyond to help us and was always very responsive to any questions or inquiries that arose during the process. Having bought and sold several homes, this was by far, the smoothest real estate transaction we have been through. Would absolutely recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I have been working with this Realty company. Jackie Voloce was the best ever. She had helped us with every step of the way in buying our new property and house. She was happy to answer all my goofy questions at any hour of the day, with a super friendly attitude. I feel like I've made a good friend, because she was so helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for. I just can't say enough great things about her. Truly a great realtor.
