Both area's are excellent in my opinion. Benton growing significantly fast as you can see with the construction on I-30. Benton sometimes can get a bit rural fairly quick. Sherwood's location is great because it is central to downtown Little Rock and Air Force Base in Jacksonville. Both cities have quite a bit of new build activity as well.
