Hi Joshua! I really love what you said in your post. I am still very new to this industry and RE really does take time plus dedication/drive to do it. This post definitely is giving me more motivation to just not give up. Looking forward for that day that everything is going to be paid off because of the hard work and passion for it.

@Cody Betz

what’s the software that you use to skip trace (other than Propstream)?

I have seen and been recommended about PropStream for pulling lists/skip tracing. However, PropStream seemed to be lacking of info to call the seller. I came across with call2scale.com, does anyone have review or experiences with their services? I have tried to research them but seen only couple of reviews.

What other software to skip trace the seller/owner that’d you recommend?

@Chris Magma I've never thought of that. Now, are there any general requirements for me to access that list? From what I've told from other investors here, wholesaling can de be done without a real estate license. Does that mean that I can just present myself to the city hall and ask for the list?

@Josh Howard Thank you so much for that information! I signed up for the propstream and have been playing around with that app. I will definitely check out the other link that you mentioned.

@Simon W.

Thank you for responding, Simon. I guess what I meant is that - when I find a seller, where can I find someone that will buy the house? Do I just reach out to realtors locally and out of state? I am trying do wholesaling first, to gain some financial freedom so I can purchase my own rental property.

Good day to you all!

My name is Zierry Tagbas, I am currently located in Spokane, Washington State. I am part of US ARMY and just had a pause moment with college. I have always wanted to be part of the real estate game. I WANT to step up my game and actually put some action NOW. My biggest concern is to where I’m going to find the buyers/investors. Any advice for someone like me, who’s willing to take a leap?
