Sounds great. You're only as strong as your weakest link right? Team is the key! Where have you invested in Indiana? What types of strategies?

Thanks!

Love it. Sounds like this is definately an area I should think about getting into. Thanks for the advice!

Rocky that sounds awesome. Sounds like you're in the right place at the right time. If I move forward with some investing in Oklahoma maybe we should talk at a later date. Thanks!

Sorry David. I used to work in Hewlett, NY. Just updated my settings. I've been living overseas in Israel the last few years and am doing a mentoring program here in Israel for US REI. The program is around using their large network of existing students around the U.S. as well as building teams in key locations. So I'm not tied to any location per se, just looking for a great up and coming area with lots of growth potential which isn't yet overpriced.

Thanks

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to REI. My goal is to purchase half a dozen SFH fix & flips over the next 12 months. I'm a student in a mentoring program and they want us to focus on either Oklahoma City Oklahoma, Tucson Arizona or Fort Wayne Indiana. Not sure this is where I would like to start. Anyone have any thoughts about starting in any of these 3 areas or conversely, what area do you think best for me to start? I can spend $100K - $200K per purchase and rehab.

Thanks for any help!
