New REI. Where should I purchase my first few SFH fix & flips?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to REI. My goal is to purchase half a dozen SFH fix & flips over the next 12 months. I'm a student in a mentoring program and they want us to focus on either Oklahoma City Oklahoma, Tucson Arizona or Fort Wayne Indiana. Not sure this is where I would like to start. Anyone have any thoughts about starting in any of these 3 areas or conversely, what area do you think best for me to start? I can spend $100K - $200K per purchase and rehab.

Thanks for any help!

Zev Dobuler I am located just north of Oklahoma City and currently do the majority of my investing in small surrounding cities. However, I am currently looking to centralize some of my properties within the greater OKC area. Oklahoma has long been a stable real estate market. Even with the fluctuations of oil and gas we still see steady growth. I will say that word is out and investor are flocking to OKC like they did Ohio.
