I would like as many opinions on this question as I can get.

I have talked with Investors here in Texas that just are not buying.

I had all the numbers on an auction property and was ready to place a bid but could

find anyone that wanted to place a bid.

I have never purchased a house on Auction and the fees and strict disclosures make me

uneasy to put it mildly.

What do you here in BP know and have you purchased Auction properties?

Well,

Thanks to all who responded, I like hearing the different views of those already doing investments in real estate.

Thanks for sharing!

most of the time I'm on my iPhone, but when I do get a chance I will that no problem.

Here in Texas and when I held a Real Estate license in Oklahoma the processor at the title company did most of the research then the attorney checked out the specifics for the legal transfer.

I don't think I want to use a bank yet. I'm looking to buy a personal home soon but not decided were.

I don't have enough for a down for investment right now either just recovered from a bad few years.

You got an idea?

Hello,

I am checking out some good deals that I think would be a good start for buy and hold investment property.

However I have talked with family and friends and they don't have investment funds.

I would like to search out private funding and would like to know what all they look at.

Any ideas BP?
