Hello BP,

I am looking for investors in Texas. Next week I will began to meet with and select investors who need a great bird dog with Real Estate experience.

But, I want to know what savvy investors look for in a partner.

Please give your honest, opinion on what I need if I was to work with you.

And if you are looking I would like to interview with you as well.

Hi

On my day if driving around to search out vacant homes. I found two that show as owned by Mortage companies these are tricky. Any success stories?

Hi Maria,

You will need to call your Realtor and have him or her check for status if it s available.

If you want to do it your self check the tax records.

Hi Angela,

This is the market that you make your own magic happen. Like driving for dollars, send out cards or letters to homes that are vacant or abandoned.

This way you have a bit more control in that the seller has not been shopping the market and they may just want to get rid of the property.

Yes, the market is hot right now and Realtors are showing sellers what is hot and what is not.

Anyway, good luck with your license and property shopping.

But do get some comps on the area you are interested in so you know what the market is like and make smart purchases.
