I hope this works for the best call the agent to see if he or she has a way with the owners.

Research to see if it had been listed anywhere else.

Good luck.

Hi

I just got a seller to agree to a sweet price on a property  because an investor told me to bring him a deal. But when I called him after I drew up the offer he wanted a steal of a deal as in distressed properties this is not a distressed property.

I still have the go ahead from the seller but now no buyer as this is not a distressed situation so seller will not sell at a loss.

I could list it for fair market so it dose not get away.

What to do....

Hello BP,

I have had a lot of trouble locating phone numbers lately it seems there a lot of sites that want you to pay for publicly listed numbers.

I would like some advice on the best service to use even if I do have to pay. I'm trying not to get duds.

What do you suggest.

ah,

This beauty would benefit from a color fitting the queen she is. Maybe country blue and white trim. A wrap around porch ending at the back door with a patio for the Bar b que. oh, but only if it fits the space, landscaping will need to be changed a bit... to fetch a good price if there is budget. Oh, is it a buy and hold?

you should get a comparison analysis from a Realtor it's free. And gives you knowledge about what homes are selling for in that area.

Hi Kay

Just a reminder

Documents evolving Real Property should be done by your attorney. The liability is tremendous if you practice law without a license  get your proof on paper what it can sell for. Then you can tell them you saving them a lot of time and money by showing them real numbers.

Hope this helps.

thanks, that's a great idea I will start that right away.
