He inadvertently started his real estate journey at the age of 18, by house hacking a mobile home during college. By age 30, he had acquired financial freedom with 10 rental properties, and to date acquiring 78 rental units.  Hey Bryan thanks! Yes KECO Capital, FYI we bought the fixer upper in March 2022 before rates hiked up, it's about 1% or more higher now. 

 That's what a few investors do that have crews else where. It's a hit or miss sometimes here!
