Post: Adjustable Rate Mortgage list

Hey BP members,

I've been getting plugged in to some great market intelligence resources for the DFW area and wanted to reach out to the community about adjustable rate mortgage lists.

I'm a local investor looking to identify a more creative market dynamic to find single family wholesale, rental and flip deals.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find or obtain a list of adjustable rate mortgage properties a given banking institution holds? There are a significant amount of ARM properties in the DFW area expected to mature in the next year and a half that will increase monthly rent by roughly 40-50%.

Thank you for the great information.... You validated most of the criteria I've been using but I wasn't aware of the export functions before purchase!

I appreciate the information and it's great to see like minded professionals.

Hey BP community, I'm a local DFW investor using various methods to identify target market segments. One source I've been investigating is ListSource.com used for various marketing initiatives across different business segments. The criteria I'm currently using is:

Equity - 51-90%

Age - 45-64 years

Address Completeness - Mailing and property address complete

Corporate owned - exclude

Owner-Occupied - Include

Are there other sets of criteria the community would recommend when using information sources like List Source?

I've been listening to the podcast and joined the community to gain insight make connections and become a better partner investor. My girlfriend and I own an apartment we currently rent and are looking to expand to other units, wholesale opportunities, and potentially foreclosures.

We are highly motivated individuals and are looking to meet like minded people. We both have successful backgrounds in business and IT, and we love real estate investing thus far. We look forward to meeting thoughtful motivated professionals with similar goals!
