Yes town homes and duplex have been renting pretty good down here. We get some foreclosure here and there but market as you know is competitive right now. Feel free to reach out if I may be of any assistance

Hey Lincoln, the market down here is great for rentals and in my experience town homes are working very good for the price to rent margins. Obviously is a sellers market and inventory is low at the moment but with some work, deals can still be found. Let me know if I may be of any assistance to you. Take care
