Purchase price: $85,000
Cash invested: $6,975

My first Deal! A house hack in Jacksonville NC. I am currently living for free and getting $140 in cashflow every month.

Score! I am currently looking for my first Multi-family; I have completed 5 single family BRRRR's and am looking to take it to the next (quantitative) level! I love the idea of the House-Hack, but my wife and 2 kids think otherwise!
