@William (Will) Amorin, I'm looking for a career transition.  I would rather it be something that has to do with real estate since I'm a new investor.  I have not had my first deal yet and need some other form of income right now.

@Blair Poelman, thanks for your input.  I'm seriously considering getting my license as a career move not as a part of investing.  However, spending money on the courses and dues is not something I really want to do right now.

I'm a new investor thinking about getting a real estate license.  I've spoken to several realtors when networking and found that some think it's a good idea and others don't encourage it.

What's your take on this?  What have your experiences been?  Are there restrictions, etc.

Hello BP Family,

I'm a new wholesale investor in the metro Atlanta area looking for contracts to use for my deals, (for example, Real Estate Purchase, Assignment, & Sale).  Under the BP Resources / FilePlace / Contracts menu, I found  'Contract for the Purchase & Sale of Real Estate' and 'Agreement to Assign Contract for Sale and Purchase' contracts posted by Gladstone Rennie, Wholesaler from Los Angeles, CA.  Has anyone in the Atlanta area used these contracts?  I want to make sure they follow Georgia's guidelines.  Or if anyone has Georgia specific contracts that you will share, I would appreciate it.
