Real Estating Investing with a Real Estate License

Hello BP Family,

I'm a new investor thinking about getting a real estate license.  I've spoken to several realtors when networking and found that some think it's a good idea and others don't encourage it.

What's your take on this?  What have your experiences been?  Are there restrictions, etc.
