Atlanta Area Contracts

Hello BP Family,

I'm a new wholesale investor in the metro Atlanta area looking for contracts to use for my deals, (for example, Real Estate Purchase, Assignment, & Sale).  Under the BP Resources / FilePlace / Contracts menu, I found  'Contract for the Purchase & Sale of Real Estate' and 'Agreement to Assign Contract for Sale and Purchase' contracts posted by Gladstone Rennie, Wholesaler from Los Angeles, CA.  Has anyone in the Atlanta area used these contracts?  I want to make sure they follow Georgia's guidelines.  Or if anyone has Georgia specific contracts that you will share, I would appreciate it.
