lol...You're just fine Jarrod! I understood exactly what you were saying. Yes, I definitely look forward to sharing our victories and battle scars on this new and exiting journey as well, so please do share with us what your first experience is like and I will be sure to do the same. 

The first thing I did once I decided I would become a RE investor was to go to my local REIA to find a mentor who would partner with me and guide me through the process. It makes it a little less scary and overwhelming for a newbie and it might help speed up the process for finding/doing your first deal.

If we keep going, we will definitely reach our goals! :-)
