Sorry Wendell for my late response! I was having technical issues with my BP account. To answer your question, I'm in Albany, NY. I just found BP about a month a go but I haven't done my first deal yet. I'm aiming for January 2017 to do my first deal so I'm trying to learn all I can now on how to analyze and find great deals.
