I am a pretty seasoned investor/wholesaler from Canada who has recently started to move into the cheaper US markets. My entire career I have just invested by cash buying single-family and small multi-family properties (3plex-6plex). Now I want to move into syndication. I am looking to learn the fundamental DOs and DONTs as well as some tips from experienced investors.

I am a Canadian investor looking to start buying multiple properties in the US, I am wondering if anyone knows anything about tax laws and tax procedures that need to be done when investing internationally.

My name is Zackarias Aitchison and I have recently teamed up with some real estate investing friends of mine (About 20 of us). I have done wholesaling for a while in Canada but I am looking for a wholesaler to work with from the US for buying turnkey, multifamily properties. Do you guys have any tips on finding good wholesalers from another country and establishing a network while not living anywhere close to that area?
