SOPs are necessary and they are good to have, but they are far from the basics of starting investing. Will you be reading books, watching videos, Joint Venturing, hiring someone to guide you, or doing "earn while you learn"? They all have their place, depending on what your goal is.


 Yes I will do all my due diligence but I am looking for a nice jump start so I don’t have to create from scratch. 

I suggest you team up with someone then.

Hello everyone, I found this forum doing an initial search for RE investing help. I’m purchasing a practice and it comes with real estate both in the commercial sense as the business resides in a building. There are 6 rental units in the building. The building will be part of the deal. BoA is most likely willing to finance at 100% given certain criteria are met. All units are occupied. Where do I begin here?
