Healthcare professionals starting in real estate

Hello everyone, I found this forum doing an initial search for RE investing help. I’m purchasing a practice and it comes with real estate both in the commercial sense as the business resides in a building. There are 6 rental units in the building. The building will be part of the deal. BoA is most likely willing to finance at 100% given certain criteria are met. All units are occupied. Where do I begin here?
