Does anyone have any recommendations for the best Landlord software?? Some features I would like included besides the basics would be the ability to pay rent online with a credit card/ ACH, do credit checks and so forth. Has anyone used Rent Direct? 

@bisit siddiqi my partner has been using a regular accountant in the past and likes him. He is not a CPA and does not specialize in real estate. Could we use him or do you recommend a CPA?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good CPA in Columbus, OH? 

As a new investor I do not know any good contractors. How do I find contractors that are reliable and do a good job? Also how do I know they are charging a fair price? Does anyone know any good contractors in Ohio?

My relator recently told me that if I used my VA loan, it would cost more the next time I use it. I don't really understand what that meant. Can anyone explain that?? She suggested I use the USDA loan instead. What are the pros and cons of a VA or USDA or even an FHA home loan?

I am in the market to buy a multi- family home, either a duplex, three-plex, or four-plex. Where should I be looking in Ohio?
