It's a great place for the right person.  Location...Location...Location.  High Traffic count and great access.  Right now a plumber is running his business from the office onsite and 4 of the other units are rented at $3800/mo.

Commercial Real Estate Professionals can benefit from knowing what your respective area is doing and planning to do. As many of you know zoning and planning can make and break a deal. So research and read your Comprehensive plan for your respective area of interest. It will be well worth it and spark additional selling points for commercial deal success. Any thoughts?

There are some other great resources if you are an Apple fan as well like apps that help you instantly create property flyers, receipt trackers, scan documents, Dropbox, etc the list really does go on to be pretty long.

I agree with using an attorney to review your custom lease document. The laws can be tricky by state and even counties can vary within the state on how they handle certain issues especially the big issues like eviction and damages. I use a service to review mine. It's at www.pcpllc.legalshieldassociate.com I got the family and small business plan because it covers so many other business related questions. I had them for about 7 years now and literally have saved me thousands easily. My favorite things they do beside review and advice on documents is issuing collection letters which are much stronger coming from an attorney

What area and price range are you looking in?

I agree wp is the most user friendly and lots of plugin available.

Don't forget the smaller towns surrounding London if you have time.  There is some of the most beautiful country side that I've ever seen.  You may want to go to Brighton beach if you have time.  If you are taking children choose your side accordingly. 8-|
