The Meet up is open for all types of real estate related professionals to network.

Sure It's Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Guild being held tonight at Bookafe in Lilburn which is a mission based coffee house.  This network is aligned with global investors and has a deal centric focus.  Attendees from over Atlanta will get a chance to offer information of commercial projects, etc.  It's going to be great.

I am so excited that I will be at the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Guild-ACREG meet up tonight!

I agree that GA is Landlord friendly but be careful of the county because some courts are busier than others which makes a difference when you inevitably have to evict.

I agree with checking on the zoning.  I'm totally obsessed with Tiny homes and have gotten so much info from YouTube under tiny, micro and container homes. There are so many informative channels there now that the Tiny home phrase has really kicked off over the US. I am starting a 'small' project of my own in a 425 square foot space on my property.  It will definitely be a high end office/storage space.    Maybe I will share my progress here.  Happy building Small!
