Commercial Deal Tidbit

Just thought to post a tidbit shared in our meetup ACREG that I thought was valuable information...

Commercial Real Estate Professionals can benefit from knowing what your respective area is doing and planning to do. As many of you know zoning and planning can make and break a deal. So research and read your Comprehensive plan for your respective area of interest. It will be well worth it and spark additional selling points for commercial deal success. Any thoughts?
