If any house rehabber in here local (CT) needs extra hands to finished up the work, please let me know.I would be glad to join the team. I'm very handy and pick up things quick.

Thanks,

As a new realestate investor is it a good thing to go to a Home Remodeling and Repair Program? Or either construction management etc... because I am curious about learning to know how the whole process is being done. What are your thoughts? Any suggestions on some online or local in (Connecticut) trainings would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hello BP Community,

I'm in the process of buying my first house for primary residence. My goal is to use this propriety as a starting point to invest in RE. I'm actually looking at house which is a fixer upper that has 2,476 scft, 3 bed, 3 baths and 1.59 acre lots. The roof is leaking pretty bad. The water affects the celling and the main floor going into the basement. I'm looking for some help on getting an estimate repair cost before making any offer. Any advise or contractor's referrals that could help with an estimate will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
