"Single Family/Primary Residence/REI"
Hello BP Community,
I'm in the process of buying my first house for primary residence. My goal is to use this propriety as a starting point to invest in RE. I'm actually looking at house which is a fixer upper that has 2,476 scft, 3 bed, 3 baths on 1.59 acre lots, 320k listing price. The roof is leaking pretty bad. The water affects the ceiling and the main floor going into the basement. I'm looking for some help to get an estimate repair cost before making any offer. Any advise or contractor's referrals that could help with an estimate will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
