I'm in the process of buying a house for primary residence. Just started looking and would like to take advantage of BP calculators to analyze certain homes I'm actually looking at before making any decisions. My goal is to become a REI and would like to use those BP tools to learn throughout this process. I may live and flip that house down the road depending on the market opportunity.

Which Bigger Pockets calculator is best to use to analyze a single family home for primary residence? And how? Please help.
