This question came from the Bigger Pockets Facebook Group, and I thought it was a good one.

“Does anyone know of a website or resource that reviews Real Estate Syndication sponsors or offerings? For crowdsource investments on Republic, StartEngine, etc there's a great resource called Kingscrowd that reviews each investment offering and gives details and ratings on the team behind the project. It would be amazing if something similar were offered for Real Estate Syndications.” - Eli Hudson

@Catheryn Barry a CRM is definitely a good bet, and a system

1. Plan DFD

2. Sort and prioritize next steps and

3. Add the winners to the CRM

DFD has always been our favorite way to find properties!

@Kp Warren As a marketer and REI, I've used dozens over the years, including ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Zoho, MailChimp and others.

At the end of the day, it’s the one that you use consistently that is the “best,” so we veer towards staying simple on the front end for max use, and robust in the backend to save time and close gaps, for the best results.

@Kp Warren I built one for investors on a great platform that also has texting, email campaigns, booking calendar, funnels, and opportunity tracking built in.

Being the automation geek and REI investor, I also built some cool automations in the background to make things light and easy on the front end for my tech-averse husband, who's is the one in the field, and even he loves it.

I’m just starting to resell it - let me know if you’d like to take a look 😎

How experienced are you in REI?

I don't know if it helps, but I'm now giving away the spread sheet bundle that I use, which includes 2 mortgage calculators (for a first and second mortgage):

I've been watching the Treasury Department listings for years and saw that there is an auction today in Billings!

Once a week (or more) I post all about finding investment property leads like this, and I share spreadsheets - including actual spreadsheets I complete for prospective properties - as examples.

Hope this helps Billings investors!

Take care,
