Hey BP Fam. I recently acquired my first single family home 3/2 through a Quit Claim Deed in Mississippi and I'm so excited. I'm at a point now where I know the property is going to need some repairs and possibly some renovations, but I also know I am going to hire a Property Manager to look after the property for me, but I won't be in the state during the rehab prior to it being rented. Should I hire the Property Manager and have them look after the repairs?

Hey BP Fam.  I'm a new real estate investor with a focus of out of state rentals and tax liens.  My market is Mississippi which is where i was born and raised, but I live in Florida. I've watched numerous you tube videos and read many posts through BP as well as attended webinars and I'm looking forward to sharing my journey and experience with everyone as well as continue to learn for my new BP family.

@Theresa Nelutescu.  I currently rent out a room in my home for Airbnb. To operate an Airbnb in West Palm Beach, FL  you must first get a vacation dwelling license from the State of Florida.  You also will have to pay the local tourists tax every month through the new portal.
