how do you set up a wrap mortgage? And if you do a wrap does the buyer take title to the property?

You could do the deal you could buy the property subject to the existing mortgage.

And with the other 200k the seller could put a lean on the property in 2nd position.

Hi bigger pockets! I am a new investor putting a lot of offers and I got two excepted.

The contractor is charging 350 dollars for him to quote a price.

Is that normal? 

 I mean do you have any markets where you do a cash out refi and end up with no money out of pocket but still are cashflowing?
