how do you set up a wrap mortgage? And if you do a wrap does the buyer take title to the property? 

what happens if the buyer g-d forbid dies on a sub to deal, how can the seller be protected from this?

You could do the deal you could buy the property subject to the existing mortgage.

And with the other 200k the seller could put a lean on the property in 2nd position.

You could dm me I am trying to do seller finance deals in nj.

 How much do you charge for a detailed quote I have two properties that I need quotes on?

Hi bigger pockets! I am a new investor putting a lot of offers and I got two excepted.

The contractor is charging 350 dollars for him to quote a price.

Is that normal?

Yes Cleveland, Example, all in PP 105k, rents 1400,, refi after seasoning, 125kish value. Not sure any market where you will get 100% of your money back but sure most of it. Duplex all in 110kish, net rents about 13- 14k, on gross of about 22k,
