Hi I have a seller finance deal in Salisbury Nc and the problem is the payments are like 2k a month but the rent is only 1600 - 1800.

Could I rent out the rooms remotely? its a 3 bed and 3 bathroom house. How could I do this?

@Wayne Brooks thanks, I'm not selling I'm buying. its just that the agent says the seller has that concern so I want to structure it so that we can get this deal.
