Hello everyone, 

My name is Yatznira and I am from Amherst,  MA. I am so excited to be here.

Many years ago I saw one of the guru tax lien infomercials and something sparked. I had to buy run down houses, fix and flip them. I also had to buy and rent dups, triplex, and quads. I bought the course in vain. My desire however, grew and I continued to look for a way into REI. I've read many books and attended multiple guru REI seminars. I've also recently bought a 3 day course. Yet, I still don't have a solid foundation or the confidence to start.

There been a lot of holes in my education so where do I start? I'm commited to follow through. I'mean hoping I find what I need here in BP. I feel like I finally arrived at the right place.  I'm currently trying to build a solid business plan and get out of this analysis paralysis. Any advice would be great.
