Hello all,

Hope you guys are making big profits in your REI careers.

I am Yashank and also a student of the Data Science and Business Intelligence program at UNC Charlotte. This field has been so interesting to me as we always find hidden gems when using data. I'm also a big fan of REI and will start my career in it soon.

so far I have been searching for ways we can use Data Science with REI. Any guidance regarding this is highly appriciated. Also, I'm up for taking projects if you have any, where I can do both, use my skills from Data Science and answer your questions regarding RE investing.

Thank you so much for taking your time and replying to me.

Hey @Lamont Chen! Thanks for replying. The solar system I'm looking at doesn't have any upfront cost. I will finance it. So, I may need to somehow adjust that in my rent.

Hello all,

I got a question for you guys. How beneficial is putting a solar system in a rental property? is it worth it? What are the pros and cons of that?

Thanks,

Yashank

Hey @Susan Sutherland. Thank you for replying. I have seen that event already but it's clashing with my class hours. Therefore, I was wondering if there were any other events available. I appreciate it tho.

Hey there,

I am 22 years old starting my master's studies at UNCC. I am really interested in REI too. Therefore, I was wondering if there are any kind of jobs in the Real Estate world that can help me gain good experience in any of the real estate's aspects while studying for my master's. or what kinds of jobs we have in the Real Estate?

Any help or advice regarding this is much appreciated.

Good afternoon to all the smart people out there,

My name is Yashank and I'm looking for a good CPA.

I just got my first house under contract and I want to make sure I'm doing things right in terms of finance. Therefore, I want to talk to a CPA.

I live in south Charlotte, near SC. So, if anyone knows a good CPA around this area then it would be so good. And if not, all other recommendations around the Charlotte area are most welcome.

I really appreciate it.
