Data Science in RE Investing

Hello all,

Hope you guys are making big profits in your REI careers.

I am Yashank and also a student of the Data Science and Business Intelligence program at UNC Charlotte. This field has been so interesting to me as we always find hidden gems when using data. I'm also a big fan of REI and will start my career in it soon.

so far I have been searching for ways we can use Data Science with REI. Any guidance regarding this is highly appriciated. Also, I'm up for taking projects if you have any, where I can do both, use my skills from Data Science and answer your questions regarding RE investing.

Thank you so much for taking your time and replying to me.

Yashank

Neal Bawa is probably one of the more data-heavy investors out there these days in the multifamily space. If I were you I would look him up and watch talks he's given, including both educational webinars and deal webinars.
