@Yaniv Kehat I agree with the overall sentiment provided by @Marcus Auerbach. My first attempted BRRRR was in Milwaukee, and it was a challenge even living 1.5 hours away. I was able to be there often, but certainly not everyday and had to trust the team I had found. It worked ok, but definitely not a homerun. It is not to say it is impossible from afar, but your first deal or two will likely need to be approached from the viewpoint of learning as opposed to expecting a big payday.

Are you only interested in flipping, or are you also planning to buy and hold any properties?

@Yaniv Kehat - I assume that you are looking for an agent to help you buy, rehab and flip a house in Milwaukee? It can be done, but just know that you will not only be running that race competing with the locals, you will have to run it with a back pack full of rocks! I have remodeled enough houses as an investor to tell you doing this remotley is a tall order. You are competing with a good number of local flippers, who know the areas well, have a team of contractors ready to go and will supervise the job on a daily basis.

I have huge respect for anyone who has pulled off a BRRRR remotley! I am usually on my jobs almost every day to check in with the contractors and there is not one day where I felt the trip was wasted time. It is much easier to own rental property out of state. But maybe I misunderstood what you are looking for?
