Hi,

Im investing in Milwaukee and looking for someone full of energy, to walkthrough properties, and send me pictures and info about the properties. it's better to have some experience and basic understanding of real estate - as an investor, contractor, handyman, or some other aspect of real estate.

Hi Marcus and thank you for your reply. So what do you think is the best way to get a banked owned or other preforclosure or unpaid bills issueses ?

Mls, broker or private portals like hubzu foreclosure.com and other ?
