Hi @Blake Stephenson! Welcome to BP. I'm just getting started with REI and hope to close down my first deal this year. What brought me (and probably 80% of the people here), and if not you already, to REI was Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. If you have not yet read it I highly suggest this be your starting point!

Hi @Thomas Tardy,

A little late to the introduction, but better late than never! Similiar to you, I live in in Kanton Aargau (Lenzburg, and Wohlen before) and I'm looking to invest in the US markets. I'm a US citizen originally from Miami, FL and would probably target markets in that area since I'm most familiar with it. I believe we have similiar goals and I would be interested in knowing what progress you've made over past 8 months.
