@Kenneth Garrett I agreed with you.  You learned  from other investors real experiences. It opened up my mind and eyes for something that I have never thought before. One of my favorites is "Rental Income" podcast by Dan Lane. and, most of his podcast is less than 30 mins.

@Matt Leber I am on full site web version on my computer. I went to "browse forums" then on the dropdown I chose "local real estate forum". and I was stuck there.  I didn't see any dropdown/choice to choose Florida.

However, I could put keyword alert for Tampa, thanks.

@Yolanda Eiland aww..... I guess for now I have to spend hours to scan through each discussion to get to any info about anything real estate investor in Tampa.  :(

@Kayla Pronesti I was thinking there should be an easier way (maybe filter function) to see all discussions that ONLY talk about particular city (e.g. TAMPA, FL) from realtors, property managements, lenders, etc.  Right now, I have to go to scan all discussions (thousands of them) to see if it mention things in Tampa.

I have trouble navigating the "forum" on BP. I wanted to find a forum that only focus on anything Tampa, FL.  Does anyone know how to filter the forum by location?
