Jerry W. - I love the podcasts! I will set up key word alerts as well. Firestone is on the east side of I-25, just east of Longmont. Basically, 25 miles north of Denver (give or take). Hello BP community! I am a civil engineer that has been reading and learning about real estate for the past 5 years.

We have yet to purchase an investment property but we have purchased two homes that we have lived in. If the right deal comes along we might have to "jump in" this year.

My wife has recently become a realtor in the area. We are looking to flip houses to generate income for long term rentals. I look forward to learning and giving back to BP.
