I am a big believer in running my own comps anyway. Agents just provide a confirmation of that.

The simple answer is: maybe. If you want a STEM or professional career... then clearly it IS worth it. But those will be mostly "jobs".

If you want to be an entrepreneur... then be one. In this case, not worth it.

Also, keep in mind that Vegas is a pretty transient town. A lot of people coming and going.

I did not find it to be a good rental market. Made out good on the appreciation but there was a lot of tenant turnover on the way.

I use it for flips. Depreciation and tax benefits mostly don't apply.

My money is with Entrust. Pretty happy with them.
