Hey BP

I am happy to say that me and my partner have finally taken he leap and started two campaigns.

Our first campaign was literally driving for dollars however In a sense we only marketed to people in a very specific neighborhood. We posted the flyers saying we would like to buy their house please call at xxx-xxxx , email us at xxxx@email or go to our website.

My second campaign was using the yellow letter marketing strategy, me and my partner stayed home on a friday night and busted out about 150 letters and have recently marketed them. The letter was pretty simple, it started with hello, we would like to buy your house please call us at xxx-xxxx or email us at [email protected] then I would try to hit them again with my phone number email and website finally at the end.

I guess my question is , should I just ask them to call and not bother with the website or email at all? Im not sure if the email or website is a good idea.

Not sure If this is a very noobish question.

Thanks again,

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

Im just having trouble getting people to visit my website. I am about to start a yellow letters campaign and was wondering If I should put my website in my yellow letters. Also should I put my website on my Business Card. I am not to up to date with SEO or anything like that. Any help is greatly appreciated. And will subscribe to Bigger Pockets Pro next month, I am cash strapped at the moment. Thanks again

@Ibrahim Hughes

I use Realeflow,

And I am a little torn between whether I like it or not.

The leads that they provide you aren't very good quality. And you don't have the ability to send letters only post cards. However the Crm and the customer support is great. Building a website however is kind of sub par and behind the times. Personally I would rate it a 6 or 7 out of 10. Let me know if you need any more input.

@Account Closed and @Brett Russell thanks for the quick response.

@Brett Russell so we will need to get financed by a hard money lender to finance about 70-80 LTV and then go to the private bank for the rest?

Hello Bigger Pocket,

Im an extremely young investor (21 years old) in the San Francisco Area and was just wondering how would someone go about getting financed. Me and my Business Partner don't have much work experience (he is a reserve marine). We don't have much money. How do we get financed. Or in that matter how does anybody get financed if we want to flip houses. I listened to the podcast on I believe podcast #26?

Sorry if I'm asking a really noob question.

Thanks.
