Hello Bigger Pocket,

Im an extremely young investor (21 years old) in the San Francisco Area and was just wondering how would someone go about getting financed. Me and my Business Partner don't have much work experience (he is a reserve marine). We don't have much money. How do we get financed. Or in that matter how does anybody get financed if we want to flip houses. I listened to the podcast on I believe podcast #26?

Sorry if I'm asking a really noob question.

Thanks.
