I am under a weird circumstance. This is potentially going to be my first deal however the problem is that the property in question is in Baja Mexico. How would I proceed? The Seller is textbook motivated and wants to sell fast. I just have no clue on what to do.

Just wondering if there was a way to get phone numbers off of the list of houses that i have. I have their name and address. I was wondering if I somehow could get their phone number it might be a little simpler in reaching them. and I would be able to reach more people.

I am trying to do the latter. What I have is i need to file a freedom of information act. don't know if it is worth doing but Will proceed and report back with any news.

Hello all today I went to the department of Buildings to try to get a list of possible code violations. What I have noticed is that each area kept sending me to a different area. I was wondering if there was an easier way to get this thing done. I know i could file for a freedom of information act but i don't know how i would go about doing that. Thanks a lot bigger pockets.

Hey everyone, just checking in when is the next meet up , me and alex have actively been grinding. Yellow letters, bandit signs and driving for dollars. we are looking to get our first lead. hope to repot back soon.

Bp doesn't usually condone bandit signs, but what I am currently doing as of tomorrow is putting up my google voice number. that way the county has no way of tracking my real cell phone number. will report back with any finding next week.

@Roy Schauer Hey Roy thanks for the feedback. Today I actually went to my farm area and printed out flyers and taped it to single family occupied properties. I might be willing to try the photo idea, will report back with any findings.

@Jimmy T hey man sorry I missed your event a couple of weeks ago, Was a total bummer actually got sick but I still stayed home to write a couple yellow letters.

Anyway thats What I thought. This thursday me and Alex are going to hit that same neighborhood again but are going to experiment with just a phone number and email. I think I might omit the website idea from all future campaigns.

And by the way Jimmy hope you see my Bandit signs some time next week. finally got them in and am eager to post them up.
